Well, for some reason, my SEMA approval was delayed (to wit, they essentially wanted me to start over with the approval process - employers, job function, etc.), but I sent them a copy of their original e-mail to me (speedy registration) and they finally acknowledged it and are sending me my badge.
So - - - - to set up the dinner at the Palm Restaurant, Michele likes to know how many people (within 1 or 2) in order to set up the reservation, and then I have to guarantee about 300 smackers to hold the reservation. Thus, let us get serious about who is going to be there....
Please confirm your SEMA attendence, and let me know which night you would prefer to have the dinner - Wednesday (10/31) or Thursday (11/01), or either if acceptable, and how many persons.
The time will be 6:00 pm for cocktails and 7:00 pm for dinner. We will run a single ticket for all dinners, and divide it up amongst the number of attendees. Liquor, or other refreshments, will be handled individually by each attendee, and not be included in the dinner split.
Please let me know your intentions by next Sunday (10/07) , and I will make the reservation next week.
