Scottsdale C&C Today

Another great weather day for us here in AZ at the local C&C. Had 8 GTs show up today. I post these pictures not to make our brothers back East jealous but just to share with them what they get to look forward to after the winter. The Kirkham Cobra had a 860 cu in V-12 motor in it! Had to wait until the crowds left to get pictures of the Saleen.

Great photos! That Kirkham must be a holy terror. Did you see the sweet red and white '66 Ford F100 pickup there with the 427 and dual-quad Fi-Tech EFI setup? My Instagram buddy just debuted that there today. Wish I was there to see all of that.

Looks like a great turnout. Our local c&c was poorly supported this weekend. Maybe it was the rain from the night before.

Kirkham was a one "off" car by David. Top end of the engine was all Kirkham custom billet stuff with a detuned V-12 boat race motor @ 1000+ HP. Sounded awesome as he drove away

One would think that might get the car down the road rather effortlessly.

I dunno though...a Cobra is sooo darned heavy right out of the factory it could be 'touch-and-go' in that department. :facepalm:
