Roy Lunn Lunch
Tribute lunch for Roy Lunn & GT40, included a Show Of Ford with nine Ford GTs including CP4, nine Cobras including an AC-built aluminum FIA model. At almost 91, Mr. Lunn has started work on his fourth book dealing with the environment, sustainability, future cars, etc. I've had the pleasure of spending almost a year working with him to archive his papers, photos, published SAE papers, etc so that down the road we can donate the collection to a research library attached to an auto museum. My relationship with him goes back to April 1964 when he and John Wyer unveiled the Lola-Ford GT (GT/101) to the press in NYC.
