FWIW I ate at Trio tonight, the restaurant at the Four Seasons here in Austin. As was the case the other times I have eaten there, it was world class! When you read the menu the selections seem rather pedestrian, however the preparation, presentation and accoutrements take the food here to another level! Great wine list too, although somewhat limited.

A juxtapostion to last night at Wink, another great Austin eatery. When you read that menu everything seems so exotic, and it is! If you can figure out what it is you can't figure out how it can all go together but it does! Lots of great eating in Austin!

Also as I mentioned to another member, I don't think the suites at this particular Four Seasons are worth the extra money, and I don't think the new tower will be finished in time for our event. I love the Four Seasons but this one's suites are sub-par IMHO, especially for the $$$.
