Sam you are a magician getting a project of that size done in 15 months! The home looks fantastic. I love all of those garage spaces!

I play poker with the city manager, inspector, city planner and city engineer. Towards the end of the project, I started carrying a hand gun (in plain sight) which was real funny because the local sr. Leo is a friend and he would come over and bring coffee on a frequent basis. The workers would look at me and then the pistol and never argued.

15 months, big deal! We got our house all done in 15-days and that included taking the wheels off and building the car port. You should learn to manage projects more efficiently.

Do you know what the lightest thing on earth is Kendal?

My Penis!:eek:eek I can raise it with a thought:banana:banana

Whoa, Kendall, where's the garage I always hear so much about?

beautiful. looks like you used every last millimeter of your valuable acreage.

One word....Whoa :eek

While that house and set up is certainly to brag about, I'm not sure if I'd be bragging that my penis is so light it can be raised with just a thought.

Mine's the opposite. Needs lots of hydraulic (blood) pressure due to its weight! :wink :eek

Sam, congratulations on a beautiful home

Steve

NICEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!:thumbsup

Up here they wouldn't let us...have that much impervous surface as a percentage of the parcel.

And if that weren't enough, the goofy Rainwater Runoff Act says: 'For the purposes of this act, GRAVEL(!!!) shall be considered a nonporous surface.'(!!!) :skep IOW, The gov't considers a GRAVEL surface to be the same as a concrete one from a 'runoff' standpoint!!! :bs :screwy:

Translation: 'This act is REALLY all about MONEY, people. YOUR money. YOU have it. WE want it. We've now created yet another way to TAKE it. So, cough it up.'

BTW, Sam, have you formulated a way to support both your house AND Greece? :lol

Yes, That is the state we reside in. :bored

Nice place... :thumbsup
Do you have any water issues during a heavy down pour? The water looks like it would get a good run down the driveway to that lower level..

Okay, I have been hearing about this house for 15 months, now I see pictures of the house, when are we going to have a house warming party? I wanna see lots of GT and naked girls at this party with the naked girls washing the GT's, okay okay I'll take even girls in bikinis.

Wow! Beautiful home! It's nice to see you flourish in the current economic climate. Outstanding! :cheers

I cant begin to tell you how many feet of subterranean drain pipes we have. I think at any given point, we can drain approx. One Cubic Ft. per second....
