Ralphie's Ford GT at the CO Nat'l Monument

Ralphie stopped by Grand Junction, CO on the way back to Mammoth Lakes from Detroit a couple days ago and I took him up to see the CO Nat'l Monument. We had a great time! There were some great shots of both the monument and the GT, so I thought I'd post some of our pictures.

I'll second that!

But as we all know these photos are taken in a sound stage for PR purposes. Colorado really doesn't look like this. We allow tourists to see painted mattes and then take them down at night

Thanks Jeff. I almost flew out there after talking with Mark, but this summer's been a little busy and I wasn't able to make it. No rally this year either. :frown BTW, it "only" took 7 years to reach 1000 posts! :lol

As she said, she used her smart phone; I didn't take my Canon 60D up there, just my point & shoot Canon A1200 HD. You can tell the difference, as I had the Time/Date stamp turned on.
