Trent is referring to me, Brother Ed. I bought a sheet of windshield clearplex and he made me that blue GT banner I posted above. He was kind enough to bring them from Canada in his trailer.
I didn't realize Trent sold the clearplex as well. I want to get a few things from him. I need to quit stalling and get moving.

I echo all the thankyous, especially to Ed for the post-rally rally, we had a blast.

We drove from Tahoe via the Bonneville salt flats into SLC. We had companions for most of this run in the form of Vince and Patti. Eagle eye Vince spotted that my car was falling to pieces around Winnimucca, a diffuser panel bolt went AWOL. Quick fix at the local hardware store (try that in a Ferrari!) and we were on our way.

We then planned on driving down to Santa Fe from Salt Lake, but 6-700 miles of torrential thunder storms kinda messed up our plans, Santa Fe was really cold and wet. So, we made the 15 hour run into Houston yesterday and arrived home safe and sound after just under 5000 miles (try that in a Ferrari!)

Awesome car, awesome people, can't wait for R9.

I vote that Gary and Donna supply those neat shirts with their names on for everyone next year!

You behaved very well on the post rally! Lets do it again! Are you going to wash your car now?

Here is a link to the shirts and Marci email address. She is a real pleasure to work with and very accommodating and they are very reasonably priced.

If you get you Cobra to start so you can sell it you can buy the factory that makes them.

Ron, I was actually pretty bummed that all the rain we drove through washed off most of the patina I'd worked so hard to accumulate. The hot new thing at Pebble Beach and other shows is the "unrestored original" class - maybe I'll work towards that......

I actually liked TXMongrel's dirty car. It looked like it had just finished Lemans & still looked ready for more!
