I heard Rally 13 was going to be skipped this year because 13 is an unlucky number. The Rallies will begin again with Rally 14 next year,

They could always do it this year and call it Rally 14

You have know idea (or you probably do) how much goes into putting the rallies together.
It’s a year of planning.
