BTW, with 13" wheels on your trailer the tire selection is extremely limited. I think you have to use load range D, which may be hard to find while traveling. For that reason alone I'd have two spares.
Assuming your trailer is about 2,000 lbs, fully loaded with gas in the car, a few tools and the usual crap, you're about 5,600 lbs total. With load range C, that would be pushing the maximum load rating...about 400 lbs to spare. Load range D gives you about a 1,200 lb. cushion.
