Thanks Dave. I have left a message and intend on booking immediately. Is there anything special other than the "Ford GT Forum Rally 10" that I need to mention? (Basically, what address do we deliver to? Hotel, WFGTHC ...)

Good deal we should have a record turnout of cars.

Set up arrangements with Mike today and it appears we are using their terminal for loading and unloading. Sounds like a reasonable solution and he said it is close to the airport.

I just emailed all of my info over to Mike as well. I have opted for this same option since we will be coming in a bit early.

No. John at Accufab had back problems so my engine repair is not finished. The crank is back from Bryant but not assembled. Since the car will probably not be together until July, I'll keep it the GT Guys or DBK's Garage Mahal till the Rally.

Sorry for the hijack. Back to Rally transportation!

I'm playing phone tag with Mike at Reliable but he says one way transport is no problem.

Does this level of refurbishment qualify as engine #4? 3.5?

go here to check out the reciprocity agreements http://www.usacarry.com/concealed_carry_permit_reciprocity_maps.html

pretty much everybody is OK except for the good Doctor Pikul as Illinois does not reciprocate permit acknowledgment with anybody - even residents

Just be aware if driving through a non reciprocating state.

Only 2 blocks! This is rebuild number 2 but the engine has been out for repair or replaced 4x now! Hijacked! Start a new thread on Special Ed's engines?

^^^I think a complete build thread would be cool. In fact, it would be cool to have a "My Build" sub-forum where owners could document their mods and build history.

I bet your car and mine are making good garage mates at the GT Guys place right now. They probably have not seen each other in 10 years! :lol

Ed: Reliable has a really nice storage are in their building for cars that are schedueled for shipment. no worries at all. they usually give you a default answer on time frame of shipping but I have found that cars get shipped a lot faster than what they tell you. (just shipped a car to CA. they told me 2 weeks and it was there in 3 days after drop off) amazing!
