Potential sell/auction and value of Twin Turbo Ford GT 17k miles

Considering selling or auction my 05 TT. I have had the car since 2014 and it's been flawless. I have no idea of value/selling price. I know Texas GT just sold his on BaT for 385K and I know mine is not that kind of money. It was built by a South Florida Turbo. I do have the builders number which I spoke to before buying. Also I did speak to Johnny Boehmer (he just went 310 in his GT, like him or not) at the time he had looked at the car and given it the ok. I do not have original parts and it has had a repaint. I have two sets of wheels both aftermarket. Most recent wheels I purchased from Elite Autos. Turbos are Precision 6870. Torrie McPhail who many know on this forum did my tunes. It's tuned by a handheld SCT Tuner (supplied) that has 3 tunes, 93 octane, 100 VP racing, and C16. Made 829 whp and 710 tq on 93 octane and 1002 whp and 903 tq on C16. This was all on a mustang dyno. I have all dyno sheets and video of one run. It has AP racing brakes and fully adjustable coil overs. All OEM gauges work with wideband. I have all oil analysis as I did every time I did an oil change. I have photos of the build also. Comes with window sticker. Only flaw I know is sometimes the radio and wipers won't work immediately when started but always come on within a couple minutes. I have posted on this before and probably the module under the passenger footwell but it never was a bother and I didn't worry about replacing. Thanks for the help. I know sometimes these modified cars bring more on BaT or other auctions than direct sale. Advice and opinions appreciated.

I agree BAT might be your best option. However,in watching these over the years potential takers seem to want the original parts. That and the modifications will impact auction interest and dollar value.

I certainly understand wanting original parts but the price would reflect that. Any guesses on what I would ask? 300K, 350K?

If you're not in a hurry it seems like you might do best with a listing here and Auto Trader et al, to try to get it in front of buyers familiar with the TT modded setup. Otherwise, I would try BaT and hope the right bidders show up.

The black stripes and the black rims on nautoncall's car looks incredible. I've never seen this treatment to a GT before, my hats off to the to the creator. I can only imagine what sort of power this car has and the thrill that it must deliver.

I think you’ll find BaT will have a strong opinion about how much you’re car will bring. They wouldn’t list mine unless I agreed to their reserve price which was less than I expected. I would go through the listing process with them and find out what their reserve price is to determine if you want to list it with them.
I think what hurt the black TT sold last year was that it had over 100 passes on a mile and a half track at over 240 mph. That would absolutely reduce the number of bidders you get. My car was set up almost identically to his car but only had less than 10 1 mile passes at high speed and half the miles on it.
In the end, it’s going to be a crap shoot. It’ll be worth what two bidders say it’s worth on that day.

BaT only gets their 5% / $5k-max fee if reserve is met, so of course they want it as low as possible.

No the only part with damage is the front from scraping because my car has been lowered. I’m not selling the car with these parts. OEM parts going back on. I’m doing that this weekend. I’m going to keep the tecnocraft body kit.

I think the car would be trashed on BAT by the "know nothing, buy nothing" crowd. Should be worth every cent of $350k or upwards of $375k.

Assuming their fees are 10% from seller and 10% from buyer, a sale price of $350k would net BJ $70k, so I see why they go huntin'. I wonder if sellers can negotiate. After all, if it sold on BaT it would cost you around $1,000 (or less), and buyer $5,000. And with BJ someone has to cover the cost of transporting the car to their auction, and home if a no-sale. There's also the reserve / no reserve topic to decide and agree on ... beforehand, if possible (and if not possible, do you even wanna do it at all).
