Hi guys. I don’t post much and usually just read to expand my knowledge. Im looking into obtaining a Porsche 997 specifically the 911 GT2 however I cant manage to find a decent, reliable forum such as Ford GT forum. Just curious if any of you have experience regarding Porsche vehicles and if I could be pointed in the right direction

I have a lead on both a 996 (silver) and 997 (red) GT2's that are available...

If you join PCA.ORG ,they have a mart (for sale section )
Also Pelican parts has a for sale section
 
6speedonline has good info. btw - I just test drove a PDK car and even though i'm not an automatic guy at all, Porsche has done a great job with the PDK. First non-manual sports car i would consider owning...
 
Thank yall very much. All your suggestions have been extremely helpful now only to make the decision between the 997 GT2 or becoming a full member here at FordGTFourm :wink

fair point...it is alot more fun to drive than i thought it would be and amazingly responsive in sport and sport plus modes. if you get PDK you MUST get the sports chrono optional as well
