Isn't it a shame that the next 'Vette will only be a SHADOW ('sorry, Bill!:lol) of what we see in those photos?

I remain forever in the "Shadows"

The gal looks cool however as shared will likely never see the light of day aka production in a form close to this.

Takes care

A bit too Batmobile for my taste. I think GM did a good job with the current Camaro as compared to the show car. They might tone this one down just a tad and have something truly stunning.

Naaaaaaaah. I disagree, though I could easily 'live' with the slightly "toned down" version you're calling for, Richard. But, the way it sits, it's juuuuuust "Buck Rogers" enough to ring my chimes...

(IMO, the C-6 shudda had the split rear window feature, too. In fact, after '63 ALL 'Vettes shudda had it.)

I remember when I first saw photos of the Mako. I was totally STUNNED. 'Vowed right then that when they were released, God willin', I was gunna HAVE one. Well, He smiled on that idea, and in the fall of 1968 a 435/427 powered, 4-spd, "T"-top PRODUCTION "Mako" was in my garage.

(Yes, Clinton. That car ALSO logged a lotta time in the garage. :tap::sleep: :slap)
