Thanks for sharing these great pictures. Chip-if you haven't read it already, you should pick up a copy of Hell Hawks. It tells the story of the 365th Fighter Group from D-Day plus. The 365th flew the less glamorous P-47. They flew so close in their ground attack role that many of the planes would return with greenery stuck in various parts of the cowl. If you can't find it I'll send you my copy. I met the author and a P-47 pilot in 2009 at the Udvar Hazy Center.

I saw the car in person, and I have to tell, you I like it alot better than the regular red. And it's just a matte finish clear bra so you can always take it off. It definitely lends a new character to the car, and makes the skin of the car look shrink wrapped around the frame.

I think the humble way you treat me as a friend and love your family tops all the glitz & glamor.

After the visit my engineers had with your people a year ago we have been busy developing oil tool identification systems and if it works out.....maybe I can become Shelby’s best customer :biggrin
