Paddle Shifting

Thanks Raj and Dave for the info! Doesn't get any better! (Try getting info like this from the other super car manufactures).

My wife would love for me to get paddle super car so she could drive it. She is affraid of the manual gearbox. Maybe that can happen in 2018?:wink

I agree with many of the posts here. One must realize that a paddle shifters comes in many forms. Aston used to fit slush box automatics with a paddle, while the earlier Ferrari's used a single clutch "manu-matic" manual transmission. Now the newest dual clutch manu-matic transmissions are pure genius. My Porsche 911 Turbo S with PDK is the most seamless, fast, and yes, FUN car that launches and shifts smoother that anything I have ever driven. My Ferrari 599 with F1 shift in the other hand is slow and clunky by comparison. I can assure you that the new FGT will be smooth, fast and efficient, and you will still have fun.

In that I truly believe we will :)

I think the above steering wheel costs over $50k.

But you could have Starbucks with a push of a button!

Bingo! And track configurations with a highlighter dot.....here I is!

Ah that steering wheel pic was taken at Sebring.....

I like the "Drink" button... with a canister of a nice Napa Cabernet wine container in a temperature controlled compartment.

Maybe for a video game chair at home..... Might not be the best concept on the track....

I drove the 991 Turbo S and GT3 at Barber in Birmingham. Fastest way around the track was in Auto mode for a track hack like me. Concentrate on line and braking points...car picked gears perfectly.

First of all, that steering wheel is mind blowing. Second, out of all the buttons no one is just a little bit interested in the "Kill" button . . . .

:rofl

I heard the kill button is used when they are ready to pass the Ferrari's
