The concierge sent me manual via download. I ended up printing it out.

Pretty sure that's all I got, too.

So I went through my stuff and sure enough here is a pic of the cellophane wrapped GT kit. I have not opened it. Steve, my delivery expert gave it to me the day I took delivery along with the black folio with pics and paperwork. Either you guys are getting too old to remember or you never got it at delivery.
