Since were on the subject of oil.....I am going to the track tommorrow and found I was down on oil, all I could find was 15w50 Syn. I added a quart to the 5w50, was that a no-no? Now I noticed I am a little over on the stick, should that cause an issues?

1 out of 12 quarts shouldn't make any difference. Also a little overfill in a dry sump system shouldn't hurt anything. There is a lot of leadway on the oil level.
I have been doing oil analysis on both my engine and transaxle. I have not posted my data yet. I am using Oilguard. Perhaps there is some way that this info can get better organized, as we will probably get a few more members doing this sometime soon?
Perhaps DBK (Or Bony) can setup a dedicated branch on this forum for members performing oil analysis???
I do not mind being responsible for creating a master spreadsheet of the various analysis levels so that anyone interested can detect a potential problem. Let's see if anyone is interested.
