Just in time for this years auction schedule we are opening up a Hemi-Cuda mill. You can spec your color, but all cars will be numbers matching, low miles (you spec), original (old lady) owner, were found in a barn (your location) and have full factory documentation. Place order today to get your preferred color at auction. Starting bid -- $1M, 20% deposit due by 1/5. :bs

Clone, or Cloaks (clone-fakes) will suffer, they have no soul. At least with MoPars Galen Govier can authenticate most cars, Marti is good on Fords, but there is nobody doing Chevrolet except for Canadian built cars. I can point you to a puppy mill that will give you anything you want with fancy documents. Unless you are getting a NCRS Top Flight recently inspected Vette the odds are it is a bastard recreation. It is sad, at least when Ferrari's and Jags fell off the pricing cliff we were not dealing with cloaks and counterfeits.

This market will crash. Happened in '89 and will happen again.

Its weird; something will be the last straw.

In '89 one Ferrari Daytona Roadster got flipped in one yr. 4 times in Tokyo from $150 to 950K. Last buyer sold it for $125K....and even then it was a chop-top, later revealed.

Saw on BJ a Nova trade for $150K and a 60s Jag XKE for $38. That just does not make sense. The Novas trim work is mis-aligned on TV; how bad is it in person.

Yup, right on, I was there and watched investors loose millions on a single car... Rare cars, those produced in very small quantity with great history will be ok, but those that were produced in large numbers will take a dump.
Just like our GT's, they made 4038. It is all a numbers game.

I went to BJ last year. it is a awesome event. The key is alot of cars sell for lower prices at times other than prime times.

May not be the same car but there was a FGT vin#3 that sold for $572k including buyers cost.

Great time suggest anyopne go at least once.

Hi Lee,
Going for the first time this year.
When are those OFF times when the cars sell for lower prices? :biggrin
My wife told me to go and have a "good time". Glad she doesn't read this forum...
