Certainly thinking that is the way I want to go when it's time to cycle my F150 through.

"They produce the shit out of them and they are still super hot. A 2-year old Raptor with some miles is worth MSRP on the used market."

Astounding. Z/28 Camaros are glued to the showroom floor and 2 year old Ford pickups sell @ MSRP used.

I got mine ordered the other day. This will absolutely be the best truck to date. I have a Raptor and a 2016 F-150 Ecoboost. And a Raptor with a higher Hp Ecoboost will be epic.

My dealer just called & said they would let me have one at MSRP. They have ADM on the Raptor for everyone else. LOL. You can get a Raptor if you look around for MSRP or less. They are thinking it's like getting a GT350R the first year.

Ed

They said the best they could do was $10K over MSRP on the 4 they have allotted. $5K on the ones the don't pre-sell.

I love my Raptor. Can still remember when I first saw them at the Rally track day at VIR

I don't believe that dealers will be allotted only a few Raptors. The ordering of Raptors may be linked to buying other cars for the dealer but larger dealers won't have any problem ordering as many Raptors as they want. Of course, initially dealers will gouge all the ones who want the first Raptors with $10K ADM but by January you will should have no problem getting MSRP from a large dealer.

I just use my Raptor to commute to the office. It's still cool even on the road.

After driving my father-in-law's newer F150 FX4 the other day, I realized the night and day difference between the Raptor ride quality and any other F150. Well worth the $$$, even if it's your around town vehicle. My wife is still upset that I bought her an explorer instead of a '17 Raptor :leaving:

A Raptor is actually more comfortable than a F150. That is if you are comparing same model year/design. My 13 Raptors seats and suspension were like riding on a cushion.

Met this fellow with a Raptor on one of my travels. He's from Wisc. Had the same "no where to drive" problem. His solution, his driveway is about 1/4 mile long, all gravel, etc. Borrowed a D3 Cat and made a 20'high Jump/Hump parallel to his drive. Starts and ends his daily drive to work going over the jump "at speed".

+( how ever many), our raptor is a street queen (even has 7xxx miles towing already), but it's ride is excellent. Will get a new one eventually and it will be about street manors not off road.

I'm currently working with a dealer in Calgary on a new Raptor. He says he has 56 allotted for '17 with 28 pre-sold; all at MSRP if you are a repeat customer.

OH look (hopefully link works), you can finally "build" a Raptor

I just stopped by my Ford dealer and inquired about ordering a new Raptor. He said if I order it now it will show up in the Spring. If I want the carbon fiber package it will be the summer. I guess I will order a 2018.
