Lance,
After a great time with those cars at Le Mans I was afraid that #60 would be destroyed in a race later in the season and lost. I hoped it would be retired and preserved for posterity. I'm happy all 4 cars survived and are in your hands. Several pieces of #60 and #61 that were on it during the Le Mans race are sitting on my desk as I type this. :thumbsup Congratulations on a very historic acquisition. Well done bro!!!!! :cheers

Chip,
Irony has it... I was at Le Mans in 2010 (next to Matech) in the Corvette VIP lounge, I'm really bummed I didn't make it over to the Matech area. I had good intentions, in fact Dave and I spoke leading up to the race but time just got away (as you well know!). However I enjoyed watching the Matech cars throughout the race (while they lasted). I also enjoyed reading your review on the Shelby Forum as well - good stuff! All of the Matech cars deserve a good home, rest assured these 4 GT1 cars will be in good hands with Greg and myself. In fact, he lives in WA and he'll have 2 cars on the 'West Coast' while I have the other 2 cars on the 'East Coast'.
We're lucky to own them and I'm thankful everything came together. Thanks for your note.
Life is good,
Lance
PS It's cool that you have a couple pieces of the car on your desk!
PSS Thanks for all you do within the Ford GT community, I enjoyed the dinner in AZ a couple years back during Barrett Jackson.
