If you have a Sams Club or Costco check there. I bought for of them at our local Sams for about $10 cheaper than that last weekend. They had the grey with stripes solid and yellow.

Just picked the same two up at Sam''s for $30.27 including tax. Don't wait long, they won't last. They were boxed in 2 large displays with other 18th scale cars of all kinds and not many GT's. I think good buys for the money. Only two colors available though.

There is an exclusive series coming of the Maisto 1/18 models, already on Ebay but still rare. They will be/are available in blue with white stripe and metallic red with extra clear coats. Both have the re-entry interior with the white parts. Other details are closed windows, silver colored headlights with logo (instead of the gold painted lights of the special edition series) and painted details as f.e. silver details of the interior and black hot air extraction vents of the engine bay.
I'll be getting one as soon as they are available in Europe, probably still 1 or 2 months waiting time.

Maisto 1/18 exclusive 2017 Ford GT

Just received my exclusive model of the Ford GT. This color is the only one available in Europe at the moment and it's darker than the red in the configurator. Still a very nice model with (compared to the standard model) closed windows, detailed (and logo'd) headlights, painted engine bay extraction vents etc. The left door seems to close badly, so have a look at it. Probably will strip it and paint it in my personal color anyway (and get that spoiler movable).
Anyway the preferred model to buy because it's only slighty more expensive and much better detailed.

For anyone local to Detroit/ Woodward, Pastieners on Woodward and 14 Mile has both the Blue /white stripes and the Red No stripe.

I purchased the Blue with White stripes....which is most likely what I will order and two (2) Red ones for a friend.
When I was there last week he had a shipment of approx. 30 of each arrive at the store.

Photoshoot of the Exclusive model

I couldn't resist doing a photoshoot. There are a few issues which I don't like and will sort after having finished the GT90 model, but for now I just admire it.
