It's been changed then. Back in about 1980 or so it still wasn't that way. If you wanted to sell a 'plate, you basically had to do as I mentioned - transfer the plate to a junker and sell the buyer the junker with the plate on it. (I know that's the way it USE TO BE because a guy I know :wink went thru that very process. :biggrin) :cheers
