With 6 cars I am basically toast...Maybe I can get bailed out :lol

Stop paying your mortgage, Oba*a will help you out as long is you don't have a "high" paying job. It is better if you bought stuff you couldn't afford based on false income statements.

Hey Brian,

Wouldn't it be more descriptive for your plate to be "AMR ALUM" instead of "AMR IRON" ? Inquiring minds want to know....

white bumper plates

Here are some pictures of the final version of our bumper plates.
We reduced the height slightly for a more compact look. You may not even notice. These where painted white to match Tomy's car and I think they came out really nice. These plates are in stock and ready to ship. Tomy, thanks for the pics! What do you guys think?

I'm sorry but I'd either leave the bumper alone or go all the way with one of the delete kits. This just doesn't look quite right to me.

But thats just one mans opinion.

Hey, you asked.:biggrin

That's why they make all diferent flavors of ice cream. I do like idea of some protection to the rearend. Now that I am a retired Ford Dealer on a fixed income Ha ha Ha I do try to save some money. I personally think the Bumper deletes do look good buy are more than I want to spend. This way i can spend more money with more venders of this Forum and kinda spread it around, as I seem to be sending a check to someone every week. The bumper plates do look better in person than in picture as I took the pictures and a photographer I'm not. I can't even download them on the Forum. Thats my 2 cents. Tomy PS Thanks Jake my Big Pipes Look Great.

I like the distance the pipes stick out! have to see the caps in person to really give an opinion but the option is very cool. One week full bumper .. next not so much.

How hard is it to switch back and forth?

Eight small bolts that come with the bumper pads and maybe 5-10 minutes. Tomy

:lol:lol:lol I guess that's what I get for asking.
What I meant to say was - What do you guys (that love these) think?
Just kidding, all opinions are appreciated. I am a fan of the full bumper delete also but I can sure appreciate the added protection these offer and the thousands of $$$ they save. But, these where Stormcats idea so give him the credit for coming up with a middle ground solution.

Bumper Delete Plates in Black

Here is the final version of the Bumper delete plates in Black Powder Coat. These are slightly shorter than the fist ones shown. I am very pleased on the way they came out. :thumbsup
As stated this is a different solution to achieve a different look with minimal work and no exhaust mod's required. Thanks again Jake !! :banana

Got to admit, I kinda like 'em.:thumbsup

Kinda look like push bars [pads, rails, or what ever you wanta call em].

However, I will stay with the GT Giys set up [for now anyway].

We are starting to get quite a number of great option/modification choices for our machines - and that is a very good thing.:banana

Thanks to all of you creative types out there.

Keep em coming.:thumbsup

They do look better when you see them first hand. As stated this is just another option that is very low cost and a true do it your self project that takes about 20 to 25 minutes..

Brian, they look great with your color GT. Tomy
