I have always added the best value mods first, it is easier to fit within budget, but opinions differI recommend you do it the other way around: upgrade the suspension amd tires first, then add power. Otherwise you will have a harder time controlling it.

The harder part is going to be the package and placement of the air compressor, air tank and controls. Also a reliable wireless control or switch or a good place for wired control through the front firewall.
