Sick car.
My mind is boggled on several levels at the details of that transaction.
You have no idea Dave.

Out of respect for a forum member who was kind enough to recommend the shipper, I thought I'd give transport company until Monday (which is 1 week) to resolve matter - reimburse me to replace 2 wheels.
Mitchell, nice choice, great process. Sorry to hear about the transport woes! I've spoken to many 458 owners most of which transitioned through the 360 to the 430 to the 458. EVERYONE says the same thing. The 458 is just so much head and shoulders above the former models, it's incredible. Not that the former models are poor, but the 458 just really raises the bar. I applaud you choice - and the decision to exchange maybe a look-only piece with something that you can go get intimate with.
Were they at VIR? Did not remeber the wheels that way, any way should get the "all black crew" together in UT, as I think you remember we basically have the same GT. Great score, again, on the F car.
Had the wheels done in black shortly before VIR along with some other performance goodies. The wheels are such a great look.
Of course, the performance enhancements mean I now drive the car at 2/10ths of its capability instead of 4/10ths. See you soon !
Gorgeous car, Mitch! I might have to fly out to JAX just for a ride!
It just happens to be an exact match (including the calipers) to my TT Gallardo..........
VERY nice!! So jealous. Would love to have one!
Can you please share the Shipper name so we can avoid in the future?
So I've never driven a Ferrari, or taken a ride on one.
Nonetheless, I just signed up for a three day jaunt in Italy next June.....driving the F cars, on the streets and at the testing track, as well as a behind the scenes excursion at the factory and such. I'll need to make sure I get a new Ford GT hat and shirts ready to wear in the land of the Ferrari!
