Its hard to improve on perfection - like putting a moustache on a Picasso!

Or indeed removing the moustache from Picasso.

I'll bet his marriage ceremony was a test of memory.

I, Olga Khokhlova, take this man, Pablo Diego José Francisco de Paula Juan Nepomuceno María de los Remedios Cipriano de la Santísima Trinidad Ruiz y Picasso, to be my lawfully wedded husband.

Lemme guess...that came straight out of the 'sociedad' pages of El Telegrafo in Madrid? :biggrin

Note the shadow on the rocker panel on Silver's photo, above. A dark grey or black rocker would slim down the side view of any color GT. I've done the same to my '76 911.

Although not dark grey or black, those were my thoughts exactly when I did this :thumbsup

Stock looks best - why mess with it?

fjpikul is a man of taste and distinction and is clearly fair and unbiased. He only speaks the truth about the color RED! :biggrin

I like #1 and #3 the best too.

I would leave the stripes personally..but #3 is nice.

Red Rocks!

That looks great...really ties the orange in throughout the car.

I peeled the stripes and left the logo this winter. really cleaned up my black no stripe car. No pix, yet, as winter has finally ended, but we sure have not seen any sun here in the NE......

No it doesn't. I've had people pull up along side at stop lights with the FORD GT logo facing them and they ask, "Is that a Lamborghini?":confused

First choice: Ford GT only, no stripes
Second: Stock stripes and logo
Third: Nothing at all.

For what it's worth!

That's probably a clue as to what our education system is producing.... :frown

Funny you should say that. My Shelby is my DD right now and I have found the young kids (teenagers and below) know more about my car than the adults. I even had a young kid on a skateboard recently roll past me as I was getting in my car at the local Wally World and say "Nice Shelby man". I think there is hope for our future yet.:biggrin

'King: You're going to get about the same number of people who like EACH option. And in the end it all boils down to ONE question: which one do YOU like best.

Once you've gone this way or that, you can ALWAYS change to something else if you decide you don't care for what you decided on...and you can change it weekly if you want! :biggrin

I agree with Pockets.
Only one question and one answer.....which do you like on your car.
Individualize to your taste!

I just performed version #3 on mine (got bored during a rainy weekend).
I really like it and have had positive comments from other GT owners as well.

:thumbsup
