I had Lindsay, Cody's wife, photoshop the side stripes off the GT. She then added just the Ford GT on the side, I'm thinking about taking off the side stripes and leaving the Ford GT, what do you guys think?

King, RED looks good no matter what way you do it. I think the no side stripe look is great. Don't you want to add a HP signature next to it? Also, look at StormCat's alternatives for side stripes. They might appeal to you as well. ShesGotLegs will like to see your photoshopped pictures cause I know he's been thinking the same thing. Frank

PS You might start a poll. It's easy to do.

I like #1 & #3. The bare look doesn't work for me.

I'll see if I can dig up a pic from GT school. I think it looks GREAT!! After seeing a side stripe delete car leaving just FORD GT, my buddy Nick is going to do that to his Red car too.

My Heritage already looked like that! :) (but I did add a new rocker panel 'stripe')

I like #1 and #3 too. #2 would look good if you went stripe delete, just my opinion though.

BTW SW, how much is your car lowered? It doesn't look like you've got a lot of gap despite the smaller overall profile of the Michelin PSC's.

That is what I am doing on my white/blue car; removing the stripes but leaving the logo.

I still have my side stripes but I really like the stripes off leaving the logo look. Thinking of going that route also. Just my opinion. :cheers

I have to say that the stock look is my preference.

It's the only car (in my opinion) that has earned the right to wear the Le Mans twin stripes due to it's racing heritage.

#1 or #3.... Only reason I don't go with #3 is pe2unia perfected the look with the X1 wheels.... Need a differentiating look from her....

Its hard to improve on perfection - like putting a moustache on a Picaso!

'King: You're going to get about the same number of people who like EACH option. And in the end it all boils down to ONE question: which one do YOU like best.

Once you've gone this way or that, you can ALWAYS change to something else if you decide you don't care for what you decided on...and you can change it weekly if you want! :biggrin
