Got her 2 years ago. Was debugging her and made a few mods. front BAER brakes w 18” Halibrands Wrapped in modern MiCHELINs. 6 speed trans, AC, Bluetooth, NARDI steering wheel. Next I’ll add some headers, 4 point harnesses, and an alarm

back in early 70s there was a red w gold stripes 69 GT convertible for sale that we passed every day & I begged my Dad to buy it. Was prob like $7000. I still want that car . needless to say I spent a lot more on mine in 2018

Damn that's beautiful. Back in 1969 when I was 12 years old one of my dad's friends took me dove hunting and he picked me up in a 1969 Shelby GT500 that exact color. Loved that body style then and I love it now.
