Anyone here registered for the upcoming Mojave Mile April 9-10? I signed up but am on the wait list. :frown
 
I've not signed up this year, but have done so a couple times in the past. Event was WAY oversold. usually a MINIMUM of a couple hours between runs, if you IMMEDIATELY get back into line.

I think i got 3 (4?) runs in and waited in line the entire day for that.

I will never say never, but there are MUCH more palatable (albeit more expensive) private events. The Skyrex Mojave event (3 or 4 years running?) pops to mind. zero waiting. Small crowd. There's also an event in Vegas coming up. Same deal. I got 18 runs at my last one, INCLUDING taking a 1 hour lunch at a nearby Denny's.

Heck i'm impressed they had a wait list. I thought they just took all comers.

I will look further into the details of entrants as I have not yet paid.

I suggest perhaps the vegas event this coming memorial day.
