Missing graphics

I first noticed this on the mobile version - the "hamburger" doesn't show up. Here is a pic of the top row of the forum window (desktop) - almost all of the small graphics are missing. Happens with multiple browsers 2x on each desktop and mobile. The very top right is the button links to the social media. Stuff is missing almost everywhere.

Funny - most of the missing icons were replaced by various emojis for a brief time last evening. Some of them were hilarious. I forgot to take a screen shot.

Graphics are still missing for me: All of the "Remove formatting", "Bold", "Italic" across the top when replying, "Drafts", etc. All 6 "Share" buttons across the bottom. "Facebook", "Alerts", "Conversation" ... all missing. Oh, maybe I need to delete cookies and re-load.

Well, to be clear, reload alone didn't actually do it, but clearing cache then reloading did.
