Maybe she could be a nanny for my kids. In second thought I don't think that would be wise, given her lack of common knowledge. Besides I don't think my wife would like her.

So you have dibs.

I think there's probably an equation that relates to the tipping point between acceptable intelligence and fabulous looks.

Acceptable intelligence might be breathing unaided and blinking at intervals without a prompt or off-stage guidance. Fabulous looks - we understand.

If armed with beauty it's unlikely that she'd need a great intellect to enjoy life to the full.

It's jus' a theory of course! :biggrin

Maybe the Demo's should be giving her a full ride scholarship along with a summer internship when she turns 18.

She's seems to be a true natural future political spokesman.:bs

You guys are brutal on this poor kid ... and I do mean KID. She's only 16 and I wonder how many of us would have performed at that age with all the pressure, TV lights, live audience, etc. Yes, it is a shame she came across dumb as a rock and she will have to live with that convoluted video snippette forever.

I noticed that she was scheduled to appear on the Today Show this morning ... undoubtedly to start rehabilitating her image. I feel bad for the kid. ucmcfred

I agree. Think about how nervous she must have been standing there next to Mario Lopez. I mean he must be the biggest star in America after saved with the bell and all the other good shows he did.:lol

No, blond jokes yet?

I have one.

How do you make a blond look smart?

Stand her next to a redhead!

For my own welfare I shall refrain from commenting on this statement.

But, there is such a thing as the "Airhead Redhead".:eek

Larry,

My apologies sir.

Dr. Frank’s associates have had me working like a slave recently:bang, so my GT Forum time has been greatly reduced.

But at least I HAVE HAIR ON MY HEAD [and lots of it].

:biggrin :banana :biggrin

..if you are shocked by her inability of responding to that question, then if you get the chance watch 'Miss Italy'. It's a 4 day long contest (televised every night) where the contestant are continuously in different bikini outfits and the 'evening gown' competition is only 5 minutes long. Personal talents they showed on tv were: kickboxing (in bikini), singing (badly), applying make up, cooking, acting (horribly), jumping rope (in bikini) etc. When it came time to the question: 'what is your favorite movie and why' the answers ranged from 'Kill Bill', Titanic, 'Nightmare on Elm St.' When asked 'what they would change about their body and why' responses were, breast implants, nose job, smaller ears, etc.

Sound like a great TV show, what channel is in on and when? I would have loved to meet women like these in my younger days!

At least these women are acting honestly and not pretendeding to save the world.

:thumbsup

Don't worry about her, she'll hook up with some Ferrari owner and do just fine.:rolleyes

You're probably right, those ditzy blondes love guys who drive fancy red sports cars built in South Africa, or some country like Iraq in Asia...like that....

Considering that most people in the public eye would answer, "because we don't pay teachers enough" her answer might not be so bad. Kids don't care about learning, and neither do most parents, and not many teachers can overcome that.
