Update...
changed all injectors, cam sensor, crank sensor, plugs, tried different plug gaps....
still misfiring at 4,500 under load (i.e. in 3rd gear or higher)....
At Roush they are now going through all the data recorded and comparing it to good ones...
The pulley swap made sure that the misfires now happens EVERY time at 4,500rpm. Before it would happen only in 5th gear.
I have a track day booked for next week.... we'll see...
