Rest assured, this particular "grand touring" McLaren product will not likely be confused with the race design intent of the Ford GT in any way.

At the Debut, with their golf-themed dance and music introductory fanfare, it was apparent that they were attempting to bring in the golf bag toting capability as a highlight feature.

Not something that I would care about in any performance oriented machine.

Also, I did feel that the overall looks were blander than usual. Just my personal opinion on initial feel.

Nice creative effort on the bar offerings though!

Well, I don't know how big your golf bags are, but I'd say you could probably get one in each front and rear compartments. They are quite generous compared to other vehicles we know and love.

I'm not a golfer. I like dirt bikes so unless I get the McLaren GT with a trailer hitch I'll have to keep using my Raptor!

I remember attending the first meet in Detroit in 2006 there was a black with silver stripe GT with a custom trailer for his track tires etc in tow!!
