Asymmetric thrust.

Why the red nose that week end?

Yeah, the red nose doesn't make any sense. According to Frank, that paint scheme puts tremendous additional stress on the chassis as the red half of the car is constantly trying to travel faster than the slower blue half.

T-Boned a Viper

Why the red nose that week end?

Viper spun in qualifying. Started race from the pit lane. Great finish for Matech #1. Check out results @ www.fiagt3.com P.S. Photo of GT1 Matech in the wet GT1 race. Results @ www.fiagt.com

Red Nose

We start the weekend in Oschersleben on both cars with normal blue design. But in the 2nd free practice Dino Lunardi was pushing and lost the car. The complete front end was damaged. We put on the spare nose.
In the qualifying Thomas Mutsch span on Oil and the Viper behind him span also on the oil and hit Thomas. The result was that the complete front end was damaged.
The question was what can we do???
We bring to show in Oschersleben a Ford GT3 for sale. The color from the car is red but it has a complete nose....
That was the reason why we race with the red nose
