Matech headed to Chicago for event this weekend, anyone going?

Cars are loaded and headed out to the Muscle Car and Corvette Nationals in Chicago this weekend. Anyone from the Forum going to be at the event? If so, I hope to meet you there! There will be a GT40, the Matech and other GT's from what I've heard. Should be a blast...

The GT had prime space right at the entrance of the Muscle Car and Corvette Nationals! You sure couldn't miss it... lot's of incredible feedback. In fact I even talked to a '05-'06 team member from Ford, he loved the car! Life is good...


When you walked into the show you saw this car, my '59 Purple People Eater Corvette by Nickey Chevrolet.

I wasn't aware the car even still existed. I've been wanting to build a version of that car on a 05/06 GT body shell. these pictures are awesome!
