That's quite an interesting color on the 275 GTB. It takes a lot of stones, (or just having a lot of $$) to take that F car to a local show these days. Even if it was a pretty tired example (and I'm not saying it is), 275s are, what, north of $2MM?
Yeah this show gets a lot of investment grade metal. I just hope the freebie lookers don't kill it. Yesterday there had to be 3 of those 2 seat wide strollers being pushed between these cars!
The 275 had dealer plates; it's a famous color, I think cinnamon metallic. Was immaculate;
Had the 8 correct rubber hinged hangers on tailpipes.
The price range on 60s F cars is pretty wide; if it's the exact right car (Long nose, GTB/4, torque tube in Rosso, Giallo, Nero with Classiche) then yes $2MM; if not or issues could be lot less. Those Gooding or Monterrey prices are tip top, not median. mMichael Sheehan of Sports Car market has great commentary on reality of prices.
