She seems to know an awful lot about this car to be a woman selling her deathly ill husbands car. But, I am not sure of anything on this auction. If all is true, again, I just hope the guy comes out ok. If not, may he RIP. :frown
Guys, I'm coming in to a little late but....it doesn't add up. What does the car have to do with this guy in the ICU? He can afford a FGT but has no health coverage? There is a disconnect here.
I don't like when the story doesn't add up and the puzzle peices don't fit. It wouldn't give me confidence going in. Why not just tell the truth about why the car is being sold. Whats the big secret? Is it something with the car?

It's interesting to see how many GT's expire unsold. there are currently 3 sales showing someone who had a positive result. You will notice that the least expensive recent sale had a minor accident.

As an ebay seller, I will tell you that ebay is more of an advertising venue rather than auction as far as cars are concerned. 90% of our cars that we put on ebay end up selling over a phone call. Looking at completed auctions on ebay is not a very good example of whats happening in the real market....

Through advertising on ebay. Not completed auctions . Anyone will tell you that most of your buyers will call up and make a deal. They dont wanna fool with bidding, etc on a purchase such as an exotic car.

I’ve seen this type of thing before. Here’s what’s going to happen. The husband is going to make a complete recovery but the wife will have already sold the GT having forged his signature to complete the sale. Then, realizing their mistake and falling back into love like high school sweethearts, they’ll buy CIMAXGT’s car and drive down to Cabo San lucas Baja California Mexico for a second honeymoon!

Yes, this is exactly correct. They will buy a new engine and tranny from Dan Schoneck, get CIMAXGT’s GT out of hock and put the whole thing together prior to their 30 hour drive.
