I will have a new 3.8 whipple kit coming out, Most of the cad is done but we are waiting on whipple for snout so I can finish the kit for a forum member here who had me build it for him.

I have a 2.65tvs kit that i have finally received all the small parts for so they are going to finishing now to get wrapped up..

Pat, wait for BMF to finish his 3.8 kit. It's based on the latest generation Whipple design. The 4L is several generations old.

Swapping supercharger makes car have power on par with modern muscle cars. Really makes fun. But I may have a addiction.

Now you need to do the engine support brace upgrade

The supercharger has the 245 numbers on it, indicating that it is a 4.0. I purchased kit used as we cannot get a new kit. About 16lbs boost. Runs good on fuel here in Idaho, did not like fuel I got in Montana. The used kit had tune, and a old dyno sheet showing 720ish rwhp. I have a dyno but as any of you know that work for yourselves, I am at work more hours than I want to be, and I don't pay myself for shit. So I have just driven it. I think I will now that it was pinging from fuel in Montana. The jist of this story, I would do it again and will not remove it while I own car.

Not sure what the brace is? I haven't heard anyone talking about it

These are a well-made aesthetic upgrade and I believe Shark01 believes they would be a nice complement to the polished Whipple. No need/benefit from a structural perspective...

OK, I have seen those, I was thinking there was some engine torque brace for the added hp and torque.
