Chase is always next to his dad..hopefully he'll be able to carry on his father's legacy and be the next Ford GT driver. Juan Pablo Montoya took pole in Prototypes with the Penske Acura ....unbelievably...he has aged quite a bit and looks out of shape...but he still has skills

67 P2 66 P3. Good race for the GTs at LB. Not a great track for the cars but they largely stayed out of trouble and kept the points lead for the season.

I think they'll keep the race at long beach for a long time because it is quite a successful event and I think the city of long beach doesn't charge IMSA and the other series much to have the event here...

Agreed. Would love to see the win but that would have been a shock honestly. Joey mentioned that due to the BoP adjustments the GT is lacking the torque needed to get out of the final hairpin to take advantage of the straight. He said the 2nd and 3rd was due purely to set up and a little good fortune. Still happy that Susan and I went and hung out with Sebastian and see them fill out the podium.
