Gentlemen,
Last night Blue Moose John asked, "When can I see it?" I said "Right now". I'll be there in 45 minutes. John & Michelle showed up with beer and lawn chairs. "Have you driven it?" "No" "Are you enjoying it?" "Hell yeah!!" We sat for 45 minutes and discussed how the delivery process went. Michelle got in to see how the A/C worked. Which is excellent by the way, super cold and right now.
But mainly I have just looked at it. I'm researching local clear bra installers. STILL......hard to believe. Cheers.

Chip. Surprised you have not driven it. DBK and I put 3 layers of blue painters tape on mine and I put 50 miles on it last nite on Woodward.

No way that would be sitting in my garage without just going and driving the crap out of it!! How can you just sit there and not drive it just because you're wanting to put some film on it?

Peggy has been on my ass about my 15 year old tennis shoes ever since I've known her. When she read your post she turned up the heat even more. So yesterday she threw my old shoes away and hauled me to a sporting goods store for some new ones. Now I can run faster, jump higher, and stop on a dime!

Chip, I got a good look at your calipers in the Scottsdale C&C Crashed pictures. I think you need to paint your calipers yellow or black. I think yellow would look best.

The brake calipers on my '06 GT are gloss black and I wanted the same on my '17 GT so they would match. Strangely black calipers are not offered on the new GT. Either is yellow. I would imagine the calipers are powder coated but I don't know. I like the red calipers. The red/yellow combination has sold 60 billion hamburgers and the clown likes it so it can't be too bad.

Oh, bad analogy, "the clown likes it"? LOL The red just seems to clash like wearing striped pants with a checkered shirt or pink and green. But, if you like it, that's what really matters.

I disagree entirely. This is a sports car and the standards for color schemes are different from your family sedan. Sports cars are supposed to be flashy and eye catching.
I love it and if I'm ever lucky enough to be blessed with one of these I would probably order the exact paint combo.

Funny.... they told me Red calipers were not available. I insisted and they did it.

And speaking of Ronald McDonald, the last time I was picking up at the drive through there was a box by the window you could toss money into for "The Ronald McDonald House".
