Gentlemen,

Another fine day at Le Mans. Most of it spent at Ford's hospitality suite at the 2nd chicane on the Mulsanne straight. I never made it back there last year and it's amazing as the cars approach at impossible speed. Raj and Dave Pericak made the scene in the pit suite and spent about half an hour with us. Wonderful.

I feel very fortunate just to end up at the right place at the right time. Yesterday I came out of the Ford Performance tent and I see a guy standing there speaking really good English wearing this GT gear.

He looked very familiar to me but I wasn't quite sure I knew him. I looked at as hat and I tried to see his credentials. The GT Owners Group credentials have our names on them so I was looking for a clue..

His credentialing were tucked inside his shirt and as I was saying hello to him trying to figure out if I knew him I discreetly tried to pull them out and read his name and he looked at me like with a French pickpocket.

So we're talking and it turns out this is the father of American Racer Billy Johnson Ford GT car #66..!!

Billy and I have a mutual Florida friend and I've got to know him a little are these past two years. We discussed our favorite Billy Johnson post-race drifting videos. I told him mine was COTA, he should said you should see the one from Road Atlanta !!

We finished our conversation and we both agreed we think it's their time for Billy and the #66 to pull off a win
