LeMans Day 2.
Gentlemen,
DBK got here at 9am this morning. Camilo got in last night. Ralphie was at Omaha Beach yesterday but joins us here today along with a host of other Forum Members. Lots to see and do. We have met with all 6 of the Matech drivers. The cars are almost fully assembled and the teams will do engine starts and testing in about an hour. First track testing will be tomorrow.
Our Chateau is out in the country in a very beautiful area. I'll take some photos there tomorrow morning. The pit areas here are most interesting as all of the cars are so different. Over a dozen makers and 4 seperate race classes. Here are the photos of all of the names on the cars. The grey one is inside the right door, the blue ones are on both sides of the cars on the pillar between the back of the door window frame and the rear clamshell.

Not to steal Chip's thunder but to reinforce it!
Not even race day here in Le Mans and i cannot say enough great things about our hosts.
We're treated like royalty and race days is still two days away. Great food, great access, don't even ask about the wines! Trip of a lifetime does not even begin to describe this!
Dave, we've got to make this an annual event!
