Motor Trend says they are all sold.

Not that it would matter to me, but how much do these cost? Are the 918, La, and P1 all about a million dollars?

Porsche $845-950k, P1 $1.15 mil, LaFerrari $1.6 mil.

Porsche still has a couple hundred units left, P1 and LaFerrari are done. Market on LaFerrari is probably $2.5+ million.

P1 from Motor Trend. Even more impressive because it's a RWD car. No LaFerrari instrumented tests yet.

No LaFerrari instrumented tests yet.

Check Popular Science. Ah, wait a minute - no, they are no longer permitted access to Ferarri cars anymore.

These #s are just staggering. Dave, I saw your comments about Ray's TT car vs the Porsche. The P1 is even quicker with just RWD? Wow.
What I find interesting is the general lack of demand/respect for the Porsche. Ten years ago, the Carrera GT went through the same dilemma. There was a local mega dealer here that somehow acquired 2 thinking they'd fly out of the dealership ala the Enzo markups and they SAT there for better than two years. In the meantime, the LF is up 60%...

P1 is a much, much lighter car. It's gotta be at least 500-600 pounds lighter. The 918 is much more of a luxury road car. Has all the tech and comfort stuff the P1 skips.

I think they will probably eventually sell all the 918s but they are building 900+ of them. That's a lot of (essentially) million dollar cars. Porsche has seemingly under-promised and over-delivered on the performance of the car, which may or may not be because they felt the heat of being clearly "third place" after initial specs of all the cars were floating around. Not so clear anymore. Anyone that buys any of them will be in the possession of some seriously extraordinary performance.

I hope buyers actually drive these three. I realize the performance is Buck Rogers, but what a waste to just have them as museum pieces. From what I've read so far, it seems as if the 918 is the most livable car?

Amazing. The performance numbers through the 1/4 mile are on par with the fastest super bikes sold today. Beyond the 1/4 mile the bikes wouldn't stand a chance. On the other hand, one of those bikes would only cost about $17k or so.

You mean no one has posted a picture of my man at GoodWood and his Italian Green(flag green) LaFerrari. Off the record have heard several small fires in XX model during testing. Not sure if it was the Motor Trend mag that was talked about earlier but it's a supercar issue. Very good points how Ferrari and McLaren are using these engines to help overall in areas of low to no emissions throughout the world.
