I have applied to the New Ford GT
I purchase my first Ford while I was living in Brazil in 1966.
It was a car locally manufactured called the Ford Corcel, a 4 cylinder two door good sporty looking car.
Having a car wearing the blue oval badge of the 1966 Le Mans winner was a powerful incentive to get this car.
In fact it started my long story with Ford, an in every country I lived - Argentina, Brazil, France, Venezuela and the USA, I owned, drove and took my Fords to the track whenever possible
I have been to the most interesting tracks in all these countries, the highlights are: Le Mans, Le Paul Ricard, Dijon, Monza, Fiorano,
Sebring, Daytona, Watkins Glen, Road America, Interlagos and many others

Today I own 5 Ford cars, 3 original and two reproductions
I will be posting a couple of videos of my Ford GT application

You will have the opportunity to see the Fords - I called them my Ford Armada - as they represent some of the best performers cars that
were produced by a company, and some other high performing cars in the video
So, I am looking forward to participate in this forum, sharing and hearing experiences with you

I just have one question:
I noticed that members display a list of their cars at the bottom of their txts.
I need some help in doing this, I just do not know how to do it.
Thanks in advance

Welcome you came to the right place

Welcome! Looking forward to hearing about your 5 Fords, and maybe seeing them, too--we're only a few miles apart! I'm also in Westchester County.

Welcome Eduardo, Looking forward to hearing the rest of your stories. I have a longtime friend that is from Rye N.Y. and worked at Rye Ford as a young man fifty years ago. Good luck on your application. It's great to here about others history and how Ford has influenced their lives.

Welcome Eduardo. There are several of us from Westchester County on this forum. Perhaps we should arrange a get together.

Thanks for very good advice
Eduardo

Just posted the Ford cars, will be posting remaining cars today

Thanks for advice, I started listing the Ford’s car first

Well, I tried to change my signature but they would not accept more than two hundred words.
So I will be adding the cars in my texts and commenting on each of them to add some colour and facts
Hope it will be interesting for you
2015 Ford GT, what can I say, I love the car, red with white stripes, four options
2018 Ford Shelby Mustang 350 R. I can’t stop driving this car.
Really, everything is a pleasure, the sound, the looks, the performance
About two months ago I took my 458 Ferrari Challenge EVO to Watkins Glen.
There were two 350 R with very good drivers.
It took me some hard work to pass them on the track.
I then decided to get one, one of my best cars among all mine
2005 Superformance Ford GT - 40 MK II, red with white.
This car keeps you young, the looks, the sound, you feel you are at Le Mans while you are strapped with the 5 point harness,
and is a great feeling. Obviously a race car, all in all, and it came with a Holman Moody 525 HP engine.
By the way, the Ferrari 488 Pista which obviously is a great car, has as an aerodynamic feature, the S duct in the front,to increase downforce
The GT - 40 had that S duct over 50 years ago, showing how advanced this car was

The Cobra Daytona Coupe is again a pure racing car and has it all
Blue with white stripes, I just changed the steering wheel, it is now a wood one, and I added the racing decals of the sixties when they beat Ferrari at Le Mans

Welcome Eduardo. look forward to seeing the photos.
