ISO: 2005-2006 Ford GT – Low Mileage, Exceptional Condition

Hello,
I am currently searching for a 2005-2006 Ford GT that meets the following criteria:

  • Mileage: Ideally less than 5,000 miles
  • Condition:
    • Clean title (no salvage, rebuilt, or branded titles)
    • Verified clean history (no accidents or damage; Carfax or equivalent)
  • Ownership: Preferably a one owner car
  • Specifications:
    • Seeking a well optioned vehicle
    • Documentation and service records are strongly preferred
    • Desirable color
I am a serious and motivated buyer looking for a meticulously preserved example of this iconic car.

If you have a GT meeting these requirements or know of one available for sale, please feel free to reach out directly. I’m willing to arrange transportation or travel for the right car.

Thank you for your time and assistance!

Best regards,
Charles

I’m open to discussing price depending on the vehicle’s condition, mileage, and options. For the right car, I’m willing to make a fair and competitive offer.

One each week for bid on Bring A Trailer. You can search all the past sales as well. You can have them send you notifications when one is up for bid - sells - as well as more.

Autotrader usually has some listed.

Thanks for the suggestion. I’ve been monitoring platforms like Bring a Trailer and Autotrader, but I’m primarily looking for off-market vehicles, which is why I posted here. If you know of a car that fits my criteria or hear of one through your network, I’d greatly appreciate the heads-up.

Are you looking for a vehicle for yourself or to resell?

Hey dbk, sorry for the late reply. Actually neither, I’m helping my uncle find a GT. He’s not very tech-savvy, so I’m handling the search and communication on his behalf. He's looking for a well-preserved example with the right options. I figured this forum would be a great place to start.

The amazing thing about this ISO request is that it can be reused for any other car ever made without changing the wording.

Fair point. My intention was to keep the post concise rather than create a list of the exact options and specs I'm looking for. I'm open to all GTs which is why I posted a broad ISO. I’d be happy to clarify further if needed or answer any specific questions about the vehicle I'm hoping to find.

It sounds fishy. There are not many "exact options" on FGTs. 4 to be precise. Nor many colors. Almost everyone who is a serious buyer looking for a FGT has a couple colors in mind.

Exactly. The point I’m making is that I don’t need to list out the options on a car with only four available. By ‘well-optioned,’ I mean I’m looking for a 3- or 4-option car. As for colors, ‘desirable’ covers most options aside from Mark IV Red for the most part. While I do have specific preferences in mind, I’m open to considering all GTs.

I intentionally kept my post broad to attract a range of potential vehicles. If anyone is considering selling a GT, please feel free to contact me. I’ll gather the necessary details and photos to share with my uncle, who will ultimately make the decision
