Gentlemen,
I need the following info from everybody attending. PROVIDING THIS IS NOT OPTIONAL. Admittance to the movie premier will be by checking names on a list provided to 20th Century Fox, tickets will not be provided and if your name is not on their list you will not be admitted to the theater. My party will be catered so I need a pretty good # to give to the caterers. The restaurant serving us lunch on the Rally Drive Monday morning wants a number too. Last, several people that REALLY want to attend are on a waiting list so if you are on the list below and not coming let me know NOW or ASAP so somebody else can take your spot. Please post up here or send me a PM with the following information.
1. Are you virtually certain you will drive in the movie premier parade at 4:00 pm with a GT or a Ferrari and attend the movie at 6pm?
2. First and last names of BOTH attendees riding in your car. If you don't have a passenger there are several members who would like to ride with you so let me know that.
3. Will you and your passenger be attending my party from 4-7PM on Sunday November 10 the day before the premier? Will you be bringing a GT to my party? (Highly encouraged!)
4. Will you be attending the Rally drive from Scottsdale to Payson and back with lunch at Fargo's Steak House at 9:30am on Monday morning the day of the premier? Will you be driving a GT on the Rally drive?
5. If you are coming from out of town are you staying at Mountain Shadows Resort?
6. If you'll be here on Saturday Nov. 9 are you interested in attending the Pavillion's Car Show on Saturday night from 5 to 8pm? (I have to attend a wedding on Saturday but several of our members will be at that show.
7. What is your cell # and a good email address in case I need to contact you?
