Yes! I see it in the hamburger menu on my phone but not on a desktop... but I was always using my desktop when it mattered.

If your desktop window is too narrow, it hides some of the header, but click the arrow to scroll over to them.

I upgraded my membership to MarkII a few weeks ago, and still some photos in threads that indicated no privilege, and membership status shows just as member.

You are listed as "Member." To have full privileges you need to change status to "Owner." One of the mods can fix.

I have Status as owner but have no access to "products for your GT," and "marketplace". I get "There are no threads in this forum"

I had the same problem in the beginning last year and after sending a direct message to DBK he changed my status and now all good.

I can only access 05-06 Ford FT General Discussions and Ford GT's for sale.
Any other Forum subsection I get "There are no threads in this forum." My time to display preference is set to anytime. I can see there is obviously posts going on in the other sections like 2017+ Ford GT etc when I click on what's new on the top banner, but I can't directly access those sub sections from the main above linked menu without getting "there are no threads in this forum"

I have this same problem on my desktop and my cell phone so it's not an issue with them.

Check your "Show Only" item and "filters". In the "new threads" display the filters are on a pull-down item to the right in the space just above the topic list
