Tell us about your Pantera.

It's a 1971 but not one of the early push button Panteras. It has one of the conversion body kits like a 1980's GT5 Pantera with a nice black cherry paint job. In the engine bay is the 351C with ZF transaxle. It has A3 Nascar heads and Nascar 4 barrel intake (used to have four 48IDA Webers but never ran right). Story was that it was owned by a Cal Tech professor who put it into a wind tunnel and he added vents in the front fenders and decklid to reduce lift at speed. When I bought it, some of the wheels were bent, so I replaced them with Simmons 17x13 in the rear and 17x11 up front. I've owned it for about 15 years now, but have decided to move onto something thats more modern. I'm a big fan of EFI over carbs for ease of drivability and maintenance.

Very old picture...looks like I can only link, not post pics.

Do you own a GT? What's your question?

No. Not yet...

As mentioned, I have a set of seats that I believe were used in one of the prototype / development cars that I'd like to find out more about.

Thanks.

What info are you looking for on the seats?

I think he wants to know if they fit in the pantera

^ Hilarious, thanks.
