How to remove Fuel Filter Door?

How do you remove the fuel filler door from the fender? I can't find any info in the 2006 Ford GT Service Manual CD!!:confused

Did you mean filler or filter?
 
Looks like not much Info. Try search of "filler tube".

FUEL FILLER DOOR - not fuel filler

You are correct, the service manual does not show how to remove the fuel filler door.

There are three screws that hold the fuel filler door on the fender. Two of these screws are accessible from inside the fender (fender liner must be removed). The third screw is inacessible - the fender must be removed in order to reach the screw.

Yes you can do this without removing the fender!

Either do a search for "Fuel filler changed Wo/removing fender" By Mad in NC

or scroll down to the bottom of the tech page, it just so happens to be right there.:cheers
