Was in totalled 600RE - all black.
Pictures can be seen if you ggogle creashed ford GT 600RE.
It is testimony to how safe these cars really are - especially as we went under the motorway crash barrier, leaving one of the back wheels behind I might add.
We would have most certainly been dead in any other vehicle - I owe my life to Ford and its build quality.

OUCH!!!!!!! 'Glad YOU'RE okay!

We're told that the GT's 'cage is so tough it B-R-O-K-E the crushing machine during testing!!!!! So, ya! I'd tend to agree it's a bit 'tuffer' than most!

The car was about 12 weeks old and went out in a blaze of glory - I was carted off to the hospital but only minor bruises believe it or not.
Boy these cars are tough but wouldnt recommend anyone testing the same way we did!!
I have no doubt that the test car broke the machine......
